Today I am going to my personal experience with EXL BPO, EXL is a excellent and reputed company where I am working currently right now, only worst part of this company is third grade transport system, other wise if we talking about the process I dont think so quickly promotion no one company gave only this company will give this opportunity.
If your communication skills are excellent and you are bcom graduate easily got the promotion, I am in a accounts payable, no work pressure, easily complete your task and easily got the nice incentive monthly basis recently I changed before that I was working with accenture, after leaving I thought I had taken a wrong decision but when time goes I realise EXL is tooo good but accenture big brand tansport facility A1 but every one know about the work pressure by the way accenture is also tooo good for me I am not giving any negative comment for accenture but EXL is like a Govt job I feel here both company are best according their facility
